Partnership Receives Grant from National Crittenton Foundation

Partnership was recently awarded a grant for over $60,000 from the National Crittenton Foundation, a subgrant from WalMart.

Partnership will apply the grant monies to strengthen the agency’s current empowerment work with girls and young women through the application of a life planner that will help them develop a life plan that reflects a vision of living out of poverty and in safety. The grant will help the coach to work with girls and young women to shape individual career visions and action plans; this will include job skills coaching, resume assistance, interview skills, job search skills, and job retention skills customized to each participant. Through the use of the life planner, each participant will explore and develop her own unique belief system, goals, and vision.
