Many of our senior neighbors need a little extra help to remain independent. Without family support, where can they turn? Partnership’s Elder Services programs offer personal attention to individuals over 60 years of age and disabled adults ages 18-59 with the mission of securing a safe, independent way of living.
Partnership’s Elder Services Program is designed to provide support to individuals who require assistance with activities of daily living in order to maintain their independence. In addition, advocates are available for individuals who reside in long term health care facilities. The Elder Services staff can provide assistance with health services, home-based services, public benefits and advocacy services. The staff is committed to promoting independence and preserving the dignity of elders and people with disabilities.
