(Chattanooga, TN) October 13, 2021 – Sarah Wilkerson will become Partnership for Families, Children and Adults Human Resources Manager, effective immediately. Wilkerson, who graduated magna cum laude from Sewanee: The University of the South, joined Partnership in 2018. She has advanced through progressively more responsible positions within the organization.  

Reporting to Director of Human Resources, Konnie Smithers, Wilkerson will direct the administrative functions of human resources. Additionally, in concert with Sarah Elghalban, Director of Strategies and Grant Compliance, Wilkerson will oversee the duties of the Human Resources Strategic Analyst position.

Partnership for Families, Children and Adults is a comprehensive, non-profit human services agency that has been empowering people to build better lives through counseling, crisis intervention, prevention, and education programs for over 140 years. Last year, the agency’s services touched the lives of nearly 19,000 people in 19 counties in Tennessee and four counties in North Georgia.
